1.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the article regulating the exchange and return of goods of proper quality is Article 9. Under this article, a consumer has the right to exchange purchased goods within 14 days if the product does not meet expectations in terms of shape, size, style, color, or configuration, or for other reasons, cannot be used for its intended purpose.

1.2. However, the same law, in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, defines a list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return), including sanitary and hygiene products, as well as lingerie, bodysuits, and hosiery.

1.3. Gift certificates, both electronic and physical, are non-refundable.
1.4. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- if you change your mind after sending the order
- if the wrong size was specified
- if the model does not fit or look right
1.5. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the received goods from the clothing category of proper quality for a similar item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:
1.6. The goods have not been used, and their commercial appearance, consumer properties, labels, packaging, and tags are preserved.
