5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery times if they depend on the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," Article 9 regulates the exchange and return of goods of proper quality. Under this article, consumers have the right, within 14 days from the date of purchase, to exchange a product for a similar one if the product does not meet the required shape, size, style, or color, or cannot be used for its intended purpose.
6.2. However, the same law, under Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, establishes a list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return, including sanitary and hygienic products, as well as underwear, bodysuits, and hosiery.
6.3. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a received item of clothing of proper quality for a similar item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all of the following requirements are met:
6.4. The product has not been used, and its original appearance, consumer properties, labels, packaging, and tags have been preserved.
6.5. After receiving and inspecting the product for compliance with the return requirements, we will arrange a refund. The return process may take up to 14 business days.
7. Warranty
7.1. We guarantee the quality of our products and strive to offer only the best. If a product is found to be defective, please contact us.
8. Liability
8.1. Caliora.com.ua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it.
