5. Shipping
5.1. Products are shipped worldwide via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5.2. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer separately, in accordance with the carrier’s rates.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery times if they depend on the carrier.
6. Warranty
6.1. The Product may be exchanged within 1–3 business days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the order.
6.2. In case of an exchange, the Buyer must send the Product exclusively via Nova Poshta.
The cost of delivery both ways is covered by the Buyer.
6.3. Exchange is only possible provided that the product has not been used, its original appearance and consumer properties have been preserved, and all tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
6.4. After receiving and inspecting the product to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will arrange a refund. The return process may take up to 7 business days.
7. Quarantee
7.1. We guarantee the quality of our products and strive to offer only the best. If a product turns out to be defective, please contact us.
